I really don't want to call this one 'finished' just yet.There's so much more I can do with that background. part of me wants to keep on painting, on and on, to the point where I could just erase all original lineart. That would make Chunny stand out from the background more.
But it all takes time. Never mind the amount of work. Time is what I don't have that much of, especially with other projects going on and FanExpo being right around the corner
I'm hoping to get back to this one, and keep polishing it up. For now, though, let's say it's a prototype, LOL

This is one of the best Chun arts I've seen here on DA... I love it, I love Chunners and she's never looked better! Awesome background with fantastic colors, this is a sure win.
As an artist, I know what you mean when you say that it's "not finished"... artwork never truly is finished, for we can stare at our own work and say "I should of done this or that." LOL I guess we're our own worst critic...
But I love this piece... well done!

This reminds me, though, that I need to finish it. Basically, I want to put a lot more work into the background so that I can get rid of the background's lineart. And rescale things a bit...

Don't put yourself down, Pros don't like that!
shows lack of self-confidence, save your criteques when your with the guys at Udon if
you get the chance to show off your stuff, They know what they're looking for, and if they feel you need more work or show promise they'll tell you! Getting feedback from the pros is a great barometer to let you know where your skills stand. Even if your not quite ready for the big time your art is nothin' but good stuff from what i see!!

Nala miała kolorować, ale na razie inna praca jest na pierwszym planie - dopieszcza kolory jakie zrobiła na linearcie Alvina Lee w jego konkursie. Dostała odpowiedź że jest najlepsza spośród setek prac nadesłanych do tej pory XD

Very nice! i like how the whoosh affect (i dont know else to describe it) of the camera puts Chun-Li the center of attention and and puts the viewer in anticipation of her flurry of kicks!
