Here’s my 3rd MHA OC That I got from FeliceLiz aka & her name is Rati Sabanis

Gender: Female
Races: Human

Her two Quirks are:
Air bombs - The heroine absorbs large amounts of air with her mouth, which is then released through her hands in the form of explosive bubbles of high power.

Inflated - A mutant type quirk - this girl has physiology similar to that of a pufferfish, in the sense that she can inflate her body upon inhaling water or oxygen. Her body expands to nearly 3 times its size in the blink of an eye when she activates her quirk. It takes her anywhere between 5-25 seconds to completely deflate. While she is inflated - it is hard for her to use her limbs, though she can roll quite quickly.
