This is like one of the coolest paintings I've seen. So original and so gorgeously painted!

I downloaded both versions and flipped between them. It is neat to see the differences that way. many of which I would not have noticed ( like slimming the legs slightly.)

I dunno about that...aren't gnomes of any kind universally small, like under 3 ft tall no matter what kind? Or was there an exception? I'm not very familiar with the races of dragonlance, or for that matter D&D, it was a little before my time.

I would think that anything that is built to be used exclusively for a small race would be scaled down for that race. So with out anything that might indicate other wise, I can see where he might come up with that question. An interesting take on it. ( I didn't think the gnomes normally had ears of that size. I would need to brush up on tinker gnomes myself.)

Gnomes are short, but I think the proportions were the same.

Fantastic! I love the light glowing through the fog, the grime, the little details in her plans and on her clothing! Awesome job!

Nice, really like the detail and those little extra bits you put in. The bits of dirt aNd grease just add character to the piece and the person in it.Β
Would love to commission you someday.
