Description
My other newer character. Ryleth, My beautiful... well endowed... attractive Wood Elf Ranger (could be a druid to I suppose) who doesn't care that he is nor can't see the big deal. He is a man of few words and blunt. The only way you can get more than a few words out of him is by speaking Elven. Also very stubborn and worships the Seldarine like most elves but his patron deity is Solonor Thelandira, the elven god of hunting, archery, and survival in wild and harsh places. Oh! He plays a flute.Backstory:
Born with the child name of Innil, Youngest child of three and second son of the elder Druid of Siannodel (Moonbrook) but first child to his mother. Ryleth lived a life of relative freedom. His older half-brother was one of the best warriors of the village so that was covered, while his eldest half-sister was a druid and successor of they're father. Because of this he had the freedom to choose what he wanted to do when the time came. For most of his youth they played in the village and surrounding forest with the few other children of the village. Though Ryleth did tend to explore more further than the others for even then he had wanderlust.
It was quickly noted by the elders that Ryleth had a uncanny abilities of a ranger. He had the best archery skills out of all the children, was brilliant at sneaking and hiding, had a way with animals (especially with birds, which he would gather feathers from) and the natural world around him. Many believe he would of made a better druid. It was also noticed at this young age that he seemed to prefer the company of males. Always having other boys refer to him as their boyfriend... Though he himself would not call them that. It would be usually two or three at a time. But in a wood elf society, polygamy is common so this was not unheard of. Regardless his family accepted him for who he was.
So as he got older, his family and friends encouraged him to learn the ways of the ranger and for him to join the Gladewatch (Rangers who served as the village hunter-gathers, scouts and archers). Which he did. He soon picked it up and before you know it he was the best ranger in Siannodel. Which got him a lot of attention which he really didn't want, but he got used to... them... After a while though, Wanderlust had truly got hold of him. So after a conversation with his family and then the village council, he was giving the blessing to leave and see the world, but he would always have a home here to return to.
