Description
This patient reported psychosis and dissociative identity disorder, despite thorough testing reporting no indicators for either. Nevertheless, he requested institutionalization, ending up at our facility. We determined that this person requires intensive care.

He was stripped of his clothes and forced into tight yellow pants and a yellow straitjacket.

”you guys still use these?” then laughed nervously

“let’s familiarize our patient with his new home!” ignoring him

”hey can i get my socks and shoes on first?”

”no, you might hurt yourself or others. better to keep you on your paws to keep you obedient”

shuffles his arms “obedient? how much more obedient than this?”

”you’ll see”

After 10 minutes of tickle torture, he claimed to have fabricated his mental illnesses in order to see how long he could last in an asylum on a dare. We attempted to verify this with the alleged friends reportedly present, but none corroborated his story. However, they did ask for pictures, which we obliged.

Perhaps initial tests were inaccurate. We will need to have him under our care indefinitely.
