What is your inspiration for such unique work? And if you had to pick a word to describe your work, what would it be?

I wouldn't describe it, it's not easy. My inspiration is the excitement of my imagination being revealed. I'm inspired by seeing that which I've never seen. Thanks for enjoying my work.

XD hehehe The tiny skulls tied onto the legs play with my brain
!! hahah it weirds out the sense of scale since the figure's limbs look humanish... The spikes on the back stilts are recalling to me the war olephants from Lotr... ^^ and something about the stitched together hide reminds me of the cat beast from the film '9' (did you see that? it was lovely ^^ )

That is a real good piece of work! Do you get to sell such work? If so, what kind of crowed would normally buy them?

Thank you. I do sell my work. There is no one kind of crowd that buys them. They appeal to a wide variety of people.

He was unlucky to live in a time full of repression, IΒ΄m sure he wasnΒ΄t able to paint all he really wanted.

You're right, though I think he got away with alot more than others would have at the time.

In a way, subconciously, I suppose so. I do like the Dali painting with the long legged elephants, I like the look of it. Mine is different in that the limbs aren't exagerated, the being is simply tied to stilts. Very Dali-esque none the less. Thank you for checking it out.

stunning
I've always been a fan of these stretched, dali-esque extremities... Of course Dali's elephants come to mind but yourΒ painting also reminds of the grotesque creature-design in "Frankenstein's Army".
Nevertheless your work has a style of its own that is very likeable.
