Haha I love the one with York and Carolina in the sunglasses, looking all badass. I wouldn't touch those two with a ten foot pole. Or a twenty foot pole. Even with those shades on.

Also, lol more Wash and cats. Personally I am so glad it became canon. Sure I miss Wash's dignity, but I just remember that he's younger and more naive, and hasn't had a crazy AI jammed into his brain yet. So he's got some character development in there. c:

I am so stinkin' excited for what's coming next this season. Wash going crazy! (which will probably make me cry) Epic break-in! (which will probably also make me cry because Tex fails T_T) Wash probably turning on Carolina because she's gone back to being self-centered and prideful even if I don't actually want her dead anymore since episode 13!

But basically I'm excited because I too am convinced Wash is plotting (or possibly scheming, we need Tex to confirm which it is) and Carolina is totally underestimating him.

Anyway, the MBG/Wyoming picture is so glorious. How can you ever draw Wyoming with a helmet again? And I love uncooperative Omega. Sure, he creeps me out, but I was extremely happy to see him again. And I also love sassy Tucker, because we cannot ever possibly get enough of sassy Tucker.

YES. There is soooo much that has to happen in these last episodes of the season- things are really gonna start picking up, now! There will definitely be tears for the Epsilon Incident, and the breakout for Alpha is likewise going to hurt to watch.

I do hope Wash turns on Carolina; I really not liking her in the present >.>; I also have a feeling Carolina wont survive this season- she's a relic of a bygone age and is too hung up on the past. I mean, after she finds Tex, what will she do then? She really has lost everything she ever had going for her, all because she couldn't get over her pride. But who knows, maybe she'll come around and change before the end ^^

I am intrigued by Omega's return to the series. He was so...non-threatening in the Blood Gulch years when he was with Doc, I'll be interested to make a comparison between "Tex-Omega" and "Doc-Omega"

Oh, also, I still think MBG is Captain Flowers. My reasoning is that MBG has to be someone we know, right? Otherwise RT wouldn't be so close-mouthed about him. It's obvious they want the reveal, when it comes, to have a connection with the audience. So that narrows it down a little to characters who've had some significance in the past. But MBG can't be one of the other Freelancers (for the very obvious reason that they've all been seen together) and he can't be either Alpha or an Alpha fragment (because of the planning the heist scene where Alpha shows up).

To me, that leaves the Blood Gulch guys. Nobody else is significant enough. Private Jimmy would be interesting, I guess, but he just had such a minor role, I don't think it'd be him. So, someone from Blood Gulch. But who? None of them seem to know anything about Project Freelancer. Tucker, a popular theory, seems to know the most of anyone except Church, but he also asks Tex a lot of questions about Freelancers. Furthermore, none of them is even remotely a competent fighter, except for Tucker (mentioned above) and Sarge, which I just find incredibly unlikely. So barring mind wipes--which I think would be a total copout--this leaves Caboose and mental damage. But here's the thing: original Caboose wasn't insane. It was only after he had multiple AIs holding running gun battles in his head that he really became an idiot. So I don't think that works either.

So have we ruled out everyone? Not at all, because there's one more Blood Gulch character who conceivably could be familiar with Project Freelancer (because his relationship to it is never discussed) AND be an excellent fighter (again because it's not shown much) AND have been around at the time of PF... Captain Butch Flowers.

My supporting evidence is that Ed Robertson was in Austin a while back and we know they all met up (Gavin tweeted about it!) and he's a character that we know little enough about for that backstory to work, yet we're familiar enough with him that it'd be awesome when it turns out to be him. And his voice is pretty recognizable too, a nice bonus.

Unless, of course, I'm totally wrong, and MBG shows up in the present day storyline or something. Which would be AWESOME.

It might also explain why he survived the longest and stuck beside Church the entire time when Tex attacked. Although, I'm placing bets that "Jimmy" might have been a fake name.

Also, didn't Jimmy say there was a girl he was gonna ask to marry him? Maybe she was someone else from Freelancer? Let's see, if Tex has Church, Carolina has York, and CT is dead, then that leaves..... The pilot ?

Seriously. And Tex was so brutal to him because he was one of the Director's closest lackeys (excluding the freelancers, of course) And yeah, Jimmy might've been a nickname. It's just too...nice.

Church said to Tucker there was a girl he was going to marry, but Tex was the reason why he hadn't yet. Yeah, I don't know who Church was talking about, then. Tex was the ex-girlfriend, not current. I wonder if that'll ever be brought up...

...can you imagine? Some woman shows up and is like "I am Leonard Church's girlfriend. Where is he?" There'd be a LOT of explaining to do. For both parties. XD

I thought Church told Tucker that the girl he wanted to marry in the first place was Tex, and her actions convinced him against it.

What I was actually referring to was when Church & Jimmy were talking on Sidewinder in Church's flashback in Season 1. Jimmy was telling Church he'd finally worked up the courage to ask a girl to marry him, then Church congratulated him.... Theeeeennn Tex showed up.... Yep.

At least that's what I remember. My memory may not be clear

I'd really love to post this theory, but my computer's in for repairs, so I don't really have the right materials at the moment. I'm using a Mac right now, and it doesn't have any art programs installed, so typing's all I can do
