After an outcry of comments it is finally updated and all the bugs should be worked out. Built on a Windowblinds 4.5 frame this skin has come out perfectly. The red has been nixed but the yellow still has an appearance.Features:

As the guys above me said, it looks great. Seriously, it looks like you really paid attention to the details. It's a very well done blind.
The only thing I can criticize about it the choice of colors: that green over the grey background is not easy on the eyes at all, but I guess that was your idea behind the "Biohazard" concept
Again, it's very well done and it looks awesome, but it's not a skin I would keep for everyday use... but that's subjective.

I was thinking about submitting it but the version is really old and I would have to redo it. I made it back in 2005. Maybe next year for GUI Champs. I don't think I would stand a change against J.J. Ying. That guy is ridiculous.
