Randy was out in the pasture enjoying the cool early summers evening. He was for once quiet, looking into the distance, not calling out. It was a too peaceful evening to call out to his neighbors and interrupt the calmness of the fields.
He had not been competed in a while now but his daily workouts proceeded like usual. But everyone at the stable knew that his time was limited now. He was coming off age and soon he would be retired. Randy himself hoped for some more shows before his farewell, but for now... he was still going strong. 16 years old.

Just a little story. I really do love Randy, and I am ashamed that Kei and him haven't competed more than they have done.... but it is like that when Kei has a first horse, who always been Lockhart and then Weeping Angel... so... Randy easily falls behind... Poor boy. I will try and let him compete more now that Lockhart is retired, because that means that Randy automaticly is Kei's new first partner in jumping
