Fun Fact! I discovered that Autodesk Sketchbook had more than the default pen, and used them for this! I think it turned out better than I thought...

I used PKN-133's Eye Tutorial and mixed it with my way of doing eyes, this was the result.

Well, I now know what else Autodesk Sketchbook can do thanks to this test. So thanks PKN for bringing my attention to this as I can use these in my regular submissions!
