She wold fit well in a Cyberpunk story where Full Body Cyborgs (like the Major from Ghost in the Shell) exist and the technology for that is already is available in the market (explaining why she is wearing "normal" clothes). Other than that the possibilites are near-endless. The same applies to the majority of Kuroyu's "cybernetic vocaloids" models provided you give them human clothes and human expressions as a way to identify them as cyborgs and not robots.
