Um...so I have the tendency to design the last/middle evolutions before making the Basic stage, which often results in unplanned, unstructured, and downright weird design choices. This would be one of those choices.
Based off of the Pokemon Center healing machine as well as a generic computer chip.
Meant to be a placeholder but ended up staying for good

CTRLbot -> lvl. 30-> ALTbot -> Trade with Upgrade -> DELbot
