yes, another Revan kid! This girl has been the newest addition to the family and was created pretty impulsively as an au idea - but she stuck with me so strongly that I just couldn't NOT make her an "official" character. So here she is, appropriately named after the great dual Greek goddess...

Character
It is in Persephone's nature to view herself as the main heroine of the story. The centre of the universe, the stunning, dashing witch off to great adventures and distant lands. Her world revolves around her, - and maybe her glorified family kin, but nonetheless, focused on self-improvement and self-teaching, Persephone rarely shares spotlight with anyone outside her close circle. The others may not be that great of an obstacle, but merely stepping stones.
With a temper to light a whole forest on fire, Seph loves a challenge, no matter how big or small, and takes much pleasure in provoking disputes, conflicts, rivalry - everything that can set her ever-unsatisfied mind aflame. No, she doesn't do it out of spite: it is merely a game she likes to play, one of manipulation and trickery, but a game anyway. Sometimes Seph can be blind to the borders that divide harmless jokery from really hurting someone's feelings, but she doesn't really care. If it satisfies her before she can get bored of it and switch to any other activity, she cares less about the hearts she's broken or the enemies she's acquired. Get in line, haters!
Ignoring most social graces, Seph prides in her uniqueness and independency. Although she's not the witch you'd like to cross paths with, anyone can note the special, exquisite aura she radiates, one of power, drive, passion. She doesn’t have an “off” button when it comes to provoking rumours and attracting hungry eyes. Persephone loves being provocative, weird, ambiguous, constantly talked about (doesn’t matter in which light). It makes her seem purely self-centered, yes, but the truth is, she just doesn’t like being judged shallow-ly. Let the others see many different sides of her before they make out what this eccentric witch is really all about.
From the first breath it seemed Seph would become the keeper of all life’s secrets. Her curiosity is hard to quench, and enthusiasm flows like a boiling river. Spiritual and in-touch with all around her, this witch made up for her weaker physical strength in her brains, attentiveness and smarts. Everything is a game - a game of minds, that is, and Seph plays it like no one does.
Though she falls outside the norm, Seph takes great interest in social life. She finds amusement in gossip and drama and is a shameless flirt, though rarely actually gets attached to people. She’s fun to be around for a dull evening, but for a long-term acquaintance? First, let’s see how well you can tolerate her “dark side”. She’s sassy, especially around strangers or when moods get less serious; full of dramatics and sarcasm, often becoming animated.
One can say she hides her real persona very well underneath all that sass and fuss. Persephone rarely lets anyone deep into her soul, which she believes is too troublesome and dangerous to deal with. But then again, she does seek understanding and accepting people in her life, those aren’t afraid to take her strong emotions and fiery temper in. And as much as her priorities rely purely on herself, Seph is a highly devoted girl. Once attached, she has a tendency to grow obsessive and controlling, steering those around her like puppets on a string - anything to keep the meaningful people in her life for as long as she wants. She is doubtless more ignorant of “just” random acquaintances, never really keeping them close and ever ready to let go. Casual hook-ups included.
Persephone’s journey is all about making a mark, proving her self-worth and maturity (albeit non-existent at first glance). She takes great interest in voodoo, herbalism and necromancy and uses her abilities to discover the hidden, the unknown and the mysterious first-hand, as if all the secrets of the world belong to her and her alone. She believes that she is the child destined for greatness, for grand adventures and all-around acclaim - and she is ready to take on anything.

Trivia
- Persephone has a giant mountable ox-lion named Solomon as a pet. He was a rescue animal and got introduced to Seph as a calf, - they have been loving each other immensely ever since.
- Just like her brother, but more intensively, Seph has fascination with the concepts of death and afterlife. She is determined to find out where the border between living and dead lies and hopes to learn about it as much as she can; it doesn't mean that she seeks death, for herself or anyone else, but she is insatiably curious about the implications of it. She's certainly not afraid of the sight of bones, blood or gore and doesn't shy away from darker topics, especially in terms of humour. Her outlook on life and death can be considered a bit twisted to "normal" folks, though.
