If the young prince felt anything towards his lineage, pride was the strongest feeling of all.
There was no shortage of blessings in his life: loving and influential parents, tight-knit siblings, a faithful pack, safety, bountiful lands. Yes, he knew not how truly blessed and privileged he was... or he did, and that thought only fueled the fires of pride further.
But most of all, he prided himself in being the family's center (or so he believed, at the very least).
And he'd make them proud, tooth and claw. He'd become even stronger, bigger, smarter, he knew it. He'd be just like Da one day - because that was what Pyrrhos aspired to be. But for now he would, ve-e-ry humbly, let him bask in the light beside him.
