"Abernathy, Can you hear me? Jack, Do you read me?" John 'Jack' Abernathy equipped his gas mask and replied "I read ya loud and clear."
"Alright. We didn't get much before we lost contact with First Unit... Three of our best men are gone. You can link up with Chris now. He's just up ahead. The two of you will continue the mission in their place... Good Luck." Jack moved deeper through the mine. He passed a giant machine and a control terminal with a graffiti of a maniacal clown drawn on it. He went deeper through the mine until he heard voices "R-Redfield?" A weak voice asked. He quickened his pace further and saw Chris standing in front of a cell. Inside, was one of the First Unit's operative, both wrists tied up and bloody. Jack went beside Chris and brought a hand to the cell door, giving at a pull. "Don't worry. We're gonna find a key to this thing and get you outta there." Chris said. The operative brought his head down, exhausted just by talking. Chris turned away then motioned his head down the path, bringing out 'Thor's Hammer'. Jack followed suit. Jack turned the tactical flashlight of his M4 CQB on and took point, keeping his finger on the trigger. "Down the Rabbit Hole." Jack muttered.
