he is partly mechanical and the only way of explaining if it needs to eat or not to me is:
Looks at Beldom, Metang and Metagross for reason.

heh! i bet he walks akward with those tires under his feet and perhaps keep on slipping and falling just like trying to learn how to skate but i kindda like his mid form then his other forms.

it can still walk since the wheels do have brakes yet seeing it charging at you for like a fire punch while using the wheeled feet to move seems epic to me.
