Once per turn, if you have no cards in your other Pendulum Zone: You can place 1 Pendulum Monster from your Deck in your Pendulum Zone.

2 Level 7 Dragon-Type monsters
If you can Pendulum Summon Level 7, you can Pendulum Summon this face-up card in your Extra Deck. If this card in the Monster Zone is destroyed: You can place it in your Pendulum Zone. If this card is Xyz Summoned using an Xyz Monster as Material, it gains these effects.
● It can make a second attack during each Battle Phase.
● Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from it; destroy as many cards your opponent controls as possible, and if you do, this card gains 200 ATK for each, until the end of this turn.

How do you make those pendulum synchro or XYZ monster cards? I have the app Yugioh card maker and they don't have those features (yet).

Summoning this card wasn't so hard, actually I can summon this card in my first turn and that turn ends with my winning

This card makes up for all of Odd-Eyes Rebellion Dragon's weaknesses, and looks like an actual dragon than a machine. Plus, when he's destroyed, he combos well with Odd-Eyes Phantom Dragon. Can't wait for its release in February.

Sure thats a strong effect but i don't know a current Deck which runs 2 Level / Dragon Type.
And the full effect is only usable when you use a XYZ monster so you need another card for this thing.
SO not so op in the time someone tries to someone this thing a good Meta deck can kill fast enough

Oh my god this is beyond Rebellion Dragon's effect times hundred. It can always attack a second attack and it has a Xyz Effect that makes it broken. GEEZ.

Too bad that it's fully balanced. It requires an Xyz Monster as Xyz Material to have access to these effects in the first place, and even then, it can effectively only use its destruction effect once since it has to detach one to use either of its effects. There's also how it doesn't have any protection against your opponent's cards or effects, meaning that they can very easily counter it before it can even become a problem.

And? Many powerful monsters like Crystal Wing or Dark Requiem have no Trap protections. And yes, Odd-Eyes Raging has no protection for anything whatsoever, but why would you want to give a card that can nuke the opponent's field, including backrow, a protection effect that would guarantee you to resolve its effect, a card that makes OTK even easier, especially since it is not that difficult to Xyz Summon. And it's not like you play with this card alone. Why would you not play it with Timegazer or Timebreaker as your Scales? And Meteorburst and Vortex are also a there to support it. Only an idiot would rely on only one card.

That isn't what I meant. I meant that it was balanced since it didn't have ANY protection to it, and that entry hazards alone would be its undoing.
Also, Time Sword Magician wouldn't work on it unless it was Pendulum Summoned, but nobody would want to do that since it wouldn't be able to use its effects.

Yeah, but hardly anyone uses card destruction effects since they often don't accomplish anything. It's more than likely going to have the summon negated by Solemn Strike before someone uses Raigeki on it.
