Alright...I've managed to fix a few things...but I still need help testing before I -actually- release her.
The main improvement here is the addition of the Piron eyes. lD

Fixed Hair physics
Fixed Elbow, finger joints
Shirt bow no longer moves with neck
Hair and shirt bow physics: float like they're constantly in a bubble of water
Line/shadows on stomach of non-Black version: That's just the texture of the model and I can't do anything about it...but if you turn off edge lines the black lines go away.

I don't know either. But the motion data just doesn't load onto the model. It doesn't bring any message saying that it can't load on to it. It just doesn't load it onto the model.

Wait. I think I know the problem. THe motion data can't register because the bone names are not the same as in the motion data.

That may not even be the problem though...It works for me, and it's worked for others so I don't know...though upon doing a search it seems it's a common problem with PMX models for some people...no luck in finding a solution though. D:
