Yeah, before I knew the lyrics in English I always imagined some poor soul curled in a ball in a dark cell all screed and quite insane from medical experiments.

yeah exactly,like they portray it with the video,cd,merch etc...it's exactly what i picture. It's great to see the meaning embodied in another way.
