This feels like a metaphor for Tommy's history between his Green Ranger and White Ranger powers.

love the cover, however, I'm kinda conflicted on just which of Tommy's first two ranger forms is more powerful the green or white as his green ranger form was hinted as being his most powerful form in Dinothunder.

'Technically' Zeo Red is his most powerful form, given that the Zeo powers continuously make the wielder of the powers stronger and stronger.
Without it, it still would be his 2nd most powerful mode.
But overall, Green is the most powerful form, as it's based off a Good/Evil power set, whereas White is just based on a 'Good' power set
If you were going by Tommy's five forms, power-wise (discounting Drakkon)

MegaTigerzord was used 4 times
Thunder Megazord was used 40 times.

what i mean is how the dragon zord could mix with the others and let the T.rex stay a T.rex and then could swap places so it could be the other mega zord + dragon zord working together instead, kind of like a tag in thing
could they do that with the white tiger?
i just remember that just walking in and doing its own thing (yet again it has been like 19 years)

Actually should have been easier since both Thunderzords had warrior modes. Humanoids are easiest to do in customes.
