What looks to be the final part of MMM2010 's Ninryu Sentai Zyuninger, we have the obligatory Gold Ranger! I say obligatory because Gold Rangers have been in every modern Sentai season (save ToQger). This is Kogane Saurus, the Mentor/Founder/Master of all this Dinosaur-Ninja Hybrid crap. I say that because, in MMM2010's description, he explined that this character has access to all the elemental powers, as shown by the multiple colors located on his chest emblem, which is an infinity symbol. Because of course it is. Anyway, onto his dinosaur, Kanji and other shit.
--His dinosaur is a Bracheosaurus. Which seems to always be used for the "Mentor Ranger's" Dino in Dino-Themed Sentai, as that was the case in both Abaranger and Kyoryuger.
--The kanji on his belt is actually different then the others. The kanji is 主 (Omo), which roughly means "Lord" or "Main."
--The Kanji on his forehead is 常 (Tsune), which roughly translates to "Endless" or "Always."
As for his design, his color scheme was made to match that of the Core Team's Super Mode weapons, which is his primary weapon and transformation device. My head-canon is that he shows up at some point in the show, trains the core team for a bit, and gives them their own versions of his sword to access the super modes. At one point, I had an idea to give him "Alternate Forms" (in actuality, just slight recolors of some of his armor) to show him using the different elements, but I scrapped the idea because it just made more sense to just have him always be using all the elements. Oh, and his helmet has some slight crown-like aspects to it. Because...reasons.

This is really cool. Great work, buddy.
A little something, though. I think the colored dots on his infinity symbol looks a bit unfitting. I personally would've had something like: the symbol's swirl lines are like just a darker gold (maybe translucent-like), and when he uses or summons his element powers, maybe it lights up and those colors stream around it rapidly to signify the powers' unison. But that's just me.
Also, this reminds me of another commission I was gonna send you, but forgot about. But, I'm gonna let that wait until you can finish the one I've already sent you.
