Encoding Complete! Kherses Configuration! Savage Slayer!

Here we have the Kherses Configuration, based on Kamen Rider Kherses by Zechsrider

With all the abilities of Kamen Rider Kherses, The Kherses form is a brutal fighter specializing in close range combat and not much else. Once you get outside of arm's reach, however, there isn't much this form can do to you.

So... I had to take a lot of creative liberties with this one, as the original design was... well, there's a link up there. Honestly? I think I made something pretty decent here... but this Rider is confusing as hell. The description of the original picture describes him as a "Swashbuckler," I was told by the artist that he's a berserker/rampage type character, and his design was apparently based off of an assassin. Those three things are NOT the same/interchangeable. Also, the guy looks like he should be more of a warlock than anything, but whatever. I still liked making this form, it was a nice challenge. The belt display/chip logo are both an X... because this guy really didn't have much else.
