Alright, 100,000 pageviews is almost here! So it's time for that little celebration I mentioned earlier. And some of you voted, and wanted me to do something simmilar to waht Taiko554 did with his crowd-sourcing adventures when we all colaborated and made the Touhyou Sentai Gunshuuger. Which is a bit of a shame as I came up with a really cool idea. But I guess that'll have to wait till the next milestone. The reason the Crowd-Sourced thing was even an option on the poll was because I wanted to do something nice for Patrick. And since doing a design for him would be pointless (as anything I could make for him, he could do ten times better), I figured the next best thing was to make myself a willing test monek to see if a Rider-Based-Croud-Sourcing event could be done in any feasable way. So that the next time he decides to do a croud-sourcing event, he has another option to use in the event he doesn't want to do Super Sentai again. And I'm a better test monkey for this, bbecause I'm expecting three, maybe four consistant people participating in this event (that is unless some of you awesome people like RiderB0y decide to spread this around like wildfire. Hint Hint, Nudge Nudge).

Anyway, as to not do the exact same thing that Patrick did, I've decided that we'll do a crowd-scourced Kamen Rider! As such, the process will be a bit different then what Patrick used, but it will follow the same basic formula. Every week, I'll post a journal with one of the following topics of discussion that you people will vote on. If the item has a bullet list under it, then the chouces are set in stone. If it does not have a bullet list, the first week will be dedicated to idea suggestions, and a second week will be used for the voting of said ideas. And some topics will be skipped if they are not applicable. Example: if either the Showa, Neo Showa, or Early Heisei Styles are chosen: then collectable gimmicks will not be a thing for this Rider, as Riders of those types didn't use Gimmick Items (save for Amazon Neo, but he's an exception, not the rule). Anyway, with this in mind, here's the list of topics we'll cover to (hopfully) create a pretty damn cool Kamen Rider.

In terms of what will actually get done, we're going to start with the basics. Series theme/motif, suit style, and the Rider's Default form.

Now you may have noticed that I included a segment called "alt form types" despite the fact that we're only doing the default form this time. This is because we WILL do alternate/upgrade forms for this Rider (if it's applicable, that is). Just at a later date in time. And it would just be easier to design the Rider with how his form changes will work in advanced. Because if we picked how his form changes work later, it would lead to some design contradictions and whatnot. For example, lets say I design this rider in a particular way, but we did the Alternate Form Crowd Scorcing and had you choose how his forms work: it'd be real awekward if you chose to use Gaim's/Ghost's interchaning armor bits when the first design was not made to do so.

You'll also notice that there's no option for Gender. This is becase, like Patrick's Sentai Croud-Scource, I wanted there to be a constant with the actual frahcnise. In Sentai, there's always a male red. In Kamen Rider, there's always a male lead. Don't worry, if we do future Riders of this idea, there will be a gender option.
