Hehe. Masashi Takatori -- an original character of mine, who will be appearing in my soon-to-come web-manga. Oops, did I say web-manga? XD As soon as I've sorted stuff out with school and I get inspired to draw black and white pictures, the manga will emerge...
Yes, he DOES look like he's about to sneeze. After all, it's snowing and he has no hat on [poor cute dork XD]. The message is - SCARVES DON'T SAVE YOU FROM SNEEZING. So make sure you wear something proper.
The part that I like most has to be his nose. It's so red and cute and makes me squeal XDD;. Anyways, there will be more art of Masashi and other characters in the coming week, as well as the promised lineart for Zhaana and the commission from three months ago that I have to finish. XD;
I won't tell anything about the story or the characters because you shall soon find out for yourselves which you're probably not interested in doing. XD Yes, the picture is meant to look sketchy/painterly... makes it more "alive", I think.
I'm ranmbling about nothing... how can anime-style look alive??? XD Logically, it can't... So... enjoy my little creation and please post comments if you want to.
Full view is a MUST. :3Painter 9; snow made on Photoshop CS; about 5 hours' work. No actual lineart, I'll post the sketch in scraps later if anyone wants.

Wow! It's amazing! I've only just started drawing anime but I cant draw boys; they just seem so much harder than girls, especially the face shape. You seem to draw it perfectly! And the expression and the hair and the nose! I could praise this picture forever!

Hehe. ^^ I have to admit that both are hard to draw for me... girls have the body and the feminine face, if you stuff it up they look like flat carpets. If you draw the guys too skinny they look really bad, if you draw them too muscly, they look bulky and/or like bags of fat. XD;
