Alright, now that we know they both can transform, I can finally tell you what inspired me to make this (totally not because the first page already had too long of a description). It's "Hentai Futago" (eng. "Perverted Twins" or something like that) - I took the concept of two siblings swapping genders, with one of them due to a girl's swimsuit. Although unlike the inspiration, there's no actual incest, besides of maybe a few dirty thoughts.
