Just when I was beginning to trust Dusknoir, too... He's worse than Team Meanies and Team Skull put together!So, yeah, as you can see, Taro and Grovyle are already tied up on those pole things, and Dusknoir has Kara by the scruff, and she doesn't dare struggle because Dusknoir would probably suck the life force out of her or something.
I worked out some dialog for this picture:
Kara: I knew it, I KNEW it!
Taro:NO! How could he?
Grovyle:I told you so.
Dusknoir: Prepare to meet your deaths.
The one mistake I made was that I forgot to add Taro's scarf, which of course I didn't notice until AFTER I colored him. I was also gonna put in some sableye, but eh, that didn't really work out.

Yes, this part was a shock, I felt so bad for Rio, because, as he said, he looked up to Dusknoir and the truth crushed him. Oh osh, I soud like this is real life, and my partner's real 0_0lll

hehe, once, was round at my house, and we were sitting in the cupboard under the stairs (situated in my bedroom, none theless!) and i was playing this part, and we were cracking up at the hilarious idiocy of the game- "are we in the future? we must be in the futre! but how? is this the future? and later- "grovyle, are we in the future?" and the Sunny came up with THIS little crackup-
Grovyle- Hey, whatll we do?
Hero- Use an item!
Partner- Hey, look! Theres a rock on the other side of the room!

i remember that part... i was skitty with a torchic partner, and it was middle of 2008/2009 summer holidays (horror for me, spent it all playingPMD2!!) and i was basically screaming, NO!! DONT GO TO THE TOWN!! DONT TRUST HIM!!

That feels like what happened to me. I was looking at PMD2 stuff on YouTube (before it came out in English) and I saw this one clip where a Dusknoir was talking to the partner and the partner seemed angry at them. I thought "O-K... this is a bit too spoilerific..." and clicked away from it. But the damage was done.

I was suspicious of Dusknoir the first day I met him. But he sort of grew on me, and I ended up being fooled like everyone else...

Yep, it was Kara the skitty and Taro the charmander. If I ever make a comic about Darkrai's reign(which I hope to after I finish my first one), it will be incredibly epic and sad... not unlike the first Pokemon movie.
