Okay, so this took an embarrassingly long time to make. It was requested by Tag990 (who deactivated their account shortly thereafter, reasons unknown) back in 2018-10-27. I kinda lost interest halfway through, but finally got my act back together and went through with the colouring
So yeah, this is also my official announcement that yes, I do take requests.

La forêt est très bien modélisée malgré un aspect légèrement sinistre semblable à celle du domaine entourant le manoir Wayne dans les deux premiers opus de la saga Batman réalisés par Tim Burton.
Ces deux femmes ont l'air de n'avoir jamais apprises à se servir d'un parachute vu qu'elles ignorent comment larguer se décrocher.

Wow, this came out very nice! Between the background and the blend of colors you chose for Aerith and Rinoa, the picture gives off a comfortable and relaxing setting despite their predicament! Keep up the great work!

They don't seem particularly perturbed about being stuck hanging from the trees. :v
Also in all fairness to you, a relatively detailed background/environment like this takes forever to make, which is why i usually stick with the classic white void background.

Yeah, that was actually part of the request : "Aerith Gainsborough (Final Fantasy VII) and Rinoa Heartilly (Final Fantasy VIII) stuck hanging from their parachutes (it is tangled and snagged in the trees and they are in a forest) and having a good time (they are not holding on to the parachute cords as they hang)? Aerith is greeting a baby bird as it flies around her (thus making her happy and smile), while Rinoa is smiling at the beautiful scenery of the forest.". The sheer silliness of the idea is why I accepted it in the first place ^^
And indeed, the trees took an eternity and a half to get right. Still not entirely satisfied with some of the branches, but eh. Still decent enough, and after almost 6 months I think it's more than time to release this :V

That is a peculiarly specific request. Not gonna lie though, i've gotten a few of those too, they're kinda fun. :v
The branches look fine to me, though i'm guessing this is one of those cases where you, because you're the one who drew it, have Ultimate Hyperawareness(tm) about every single nitpick you've spotted. I know i get like that, but fret not, it's not nearly as noticeable to the rest of us.
