His arm and head position make it look as if he's letting the thing stuck to it's head work its magic even though he might not really want to allow it or maybe not like what it's doing. If you know what I mean. Like if you have something in your eye and someone's helping you take it out and you're kind of tilting back a bit or whatever. You know what I mean.
