can you tell me what you use to make it, because now I wanna cosplay Raiden wearing the pancho & sombrero.

i use Insulation foam and paper, insulation foam for the shape of the armor since it is flexible when you move and very light.
later i use paper(paper mache thin layer) for smooth surface so that when you paint it will have a good finish according to your like.
but most of the patterns is made in paper later applied in foam for perfect shape

i started to work on the main... the spandex in which the main suit youre gonna wear then i used hot glue to permanently stick the details there
