So, this is a character from Shinka, an upcoming webcomic which has hopes to become a graphic novel one day. If you haven't heard of Shinka yet, check out our group!

I feel I have improved a lot. I actually really like this picture. I hope you guys do too! I tried a variety of new techniques, including eye and hair colouring. I think it turned out great.

Tsubaki works as a healer/surgeon and eventually moves to the capital of the Kingdom of Ascencia, Tayukai, working as a military doctor. She is considered a miracle-worker for her low mortality-rates among her patients and her untainted attunement to the Light element. Despite being so good at her job and widely respected in Tayukai, even though she is so new to the city, Tsubaki struggles with her self-image. Due to her Fuyu heritage, where she grew up, and her past experiences, she often sees herself as something to be used and disposed of and struggles with her confidence. On top of being a healer, Tsubaki is an extremely skilled spear-wielder who most do not want to cross because her superior knowledge of anatomy increases her success for more critical attacks.
