It's easy! You just download this image, and fill in the blank parts with your own creation. You can do it in Photoshop, or other drawning-programs. Or if you don't have stuff like that (like me) just draw your creation on paper and scan it. After that you can put your drawning in the blank parts, and done! I hope you understand it now, because I kinda suck at explaining xD If you have more questions, you can ask ^^
