...in the Gryffindor Common Roomle sigh, if only they'd let you have long names on dA...
My last drawing for 2008 and my first drawing for 2009!
I must say its been too long, its nice to be able to return to the Marauders and just let my pencil flow over the page with the boys telling me exactly whats going to be happening in this picture, not planing anything, not meeting any deadlines, details adding themselves...
On a side note, Remus looks like crap because this is the night after a full moon.. I know, he told me
Still practising with the Copic Markers and it was just too much fun. Too bad Im back to serious non-marauder related commissions now. Oh well.

Oh, this one is fantastic! I love the colors and all of the details! Your portrayal of the Marauders cracks me up--you've captured them so perfectly! I laughed so hard at this one because my kids had a sleep over the other night. Yes, they attempted to ink a moustache on the deep sleeper!

It can't have been fun being the comic relief of the Marauders. At least Sniv could escape to the Serpents Lair, but there was no place for poor Peter to hide.

Lol. You know, I always wondered about all those pets. How do they expect a whole ton of cats and other animals to live in a dorm room, and all get along?

I kinda always expected that some time in the 70s dogs were banned as pets at Hogwarts because of them and the cats, at least the owls are smart enough to stay away from the cats and rats and toads are easier to keep out of reach.

I can see how Owls are useful, and you can practice spells on rats and toads... but cats? I don't really get the reason for having them at Hogwarts. Not that I wouldn't wanna have my kitty with me.
And what would they say about snakes? If I brought my snake to Hogwarts, that'd be.... interesting, because I know I wouldn't be in Slytherin.
