Why would anyone need to ask or get your permission to draw some poses? Unless they're making bases out of your artwork, you don't own a copyright to the human body's ability to pose.

i dont see where she tells you to ask for permission, but i do see her asking to link back. i see this as more of a way of saying "thank you" to the artist whose done these poses for your reference kind of thing

She says you can't use them in case of commissions. Regardless of whether she drew it, or the favor she's doing, the poses aren't hers to claim. I could see if someone wanted to make bases out of them though, then it would make much more sense.

Ya know, Frank Frazetta threw out many anatomy and composition rules in order to produce dynamic paintings. Personally I think you can fudge anatomy quite a bit as long as the big proportions are okay (Manga/anime even fudges there too sometimes and gets away with it)
