hmm. I lived in Tucson for a year recently and I think there was some White Mountains there too. The pics are beautiful. I'd like to be able to see those mountains one day.

Thank you, It's a very scenic area to visit with Death Valley, the Inyo Range, Sierras, and White mountains all nearby.

Thank you, James. I have a feeling that as we approach $5 a gallon gas, the main highways and back roads will once again fall silent.

In November I had a customer who's son is guarding oil execs in Turkey tell me that the plan is for $5. a gallon gas before summer. Some excuse for the sudden jump will be provided.

That's about what I heard too. Seems they're not too worried about making excuses. No doubt Congress will remain equally silent when FED analysts call the fallout of fuel prices and reduced consumer spending "stagflation" and use it as an excuse to raise interest - thereby helping the poor banks.

What a mess. None of these guys actually believe in a free market. At the end of the day they are no different than "Mousey Tounge".

Perfect description, I remember a huge carving platter brought out for special occasions when I was a kid - that very same pattern. Those were like 'state' dinners and major events in the household. So much work for family reunions.

Thank you, Andrey. This has been an odd year for temperatures both above and below seasonal normals.

It amazes me, these snowy mountains. The fist thing I learned to paint in oils were snowy mountain ranges, and they didn't look real to me. The real thing still doesn't. Are you sure you stayed on this planet?

They didn't look real to me either. Driving over the Eastern range and seeing this pop into view was a jaw dropper, but it did occur on this planet despite interstellar fuel consumption by the Jeep Fuel price hikes have quieted the highways and make it necessary to carefully consolidate the purposes of such trips. It's as if GW never left office Thanks, Ron
