once you download, right-click the picture and select "save as". Save it to a place you'll remember (I just saved it to my desktop) Then, open up any drawing program (I used the free paint.net, but some other free ones are PaintToolSAI, Gimp...but any program will work, I think) and open the file you saved. Just start drawing on it to begin your meme! hope that helped ^^
