Close up shot of the hem of the dress.Note: this is an adult sized dress, not a doll dress. I realise I haven't posted some of my human sewing here for awhile, so its probably confused a few people.

yeah I'm curious cuz i'm interested in making lolita clothing myself just as an extra hobby. Plus dressing up like that seems to fit some part of my soul, lol.

I have a sewing machine and an overlocker/serger, which I used both to make this dress.
You should get into it, its fun, and I find making my own clothes rewarding. :3

Yeah, I started making clothes by hand, but it does take a lot of time. But it is fun.
It's also rewarding in the sense that you can actually make clothes that fit your body type. All the clothes fit only two types of bodies...Endomorhic ( plus) or Ectomorphic ( really skinny.). Basically the ones with figures and muscle tone are pretty much excluded. lol.
