I asked to color this a while ago but never got around to it til now. i dont know there story or bio behind this character either.
I made 2 versions of it. this one you see now and a Dev id version without a detailed background and more contrast. wont upload unless the owner of the character wants it.

Man, dude! Your coloring skills are improving exponentially, seriously. I love the choices of color, there's a lot of synergy going on with that. The textures are very dynamic; the water, the rock walls, crystals, and even the lizard's scales; the stippling gives a nice skin texture. Very effective. The lighting is also done nicely; it brings out a lot of the detail in both the foreground and background, and it is not overdone at all; it is just right. The lovely background reminds me of a scene from the game Okami; not sure which one. Perhaps a scene from the water dragon's body, or a cavern scene or something. Fantastic work

thanks for much feedback.i want my coloring skills to get close to vector looking. i would like to als try neoclassical soon.when it came to colors i had to blend alot because of the blue background so im guess in the color looks great because i blended and mixed well. wow is water hard to do but u like thst reflective effect water has with light on other surfaces. you know how a pool reflects wavy light on a ceiling? i want to do more of that. i still havent picked up ookami but from what i heard, the visuals aesthetics are nice. i was actually thinking of the crystal cave from sonic 3 for inspiration, but with our all the snow and crystal instead of ice sickles. but as far as how i made the background look a\more detailed than usual, its a secret for now

Well, it's supposed to be a PSN exclusive, but you never know. I think there's a reasonable chance that Capcom could release it for the Wii U. The original Okami is already out for the Wii though. I have played that version and it is good
