Description
I am still having trouble with what should be written in the letter, and whom the letter is from, but it is from Dragon Land. Either way, because Max and Emmy are still in contact with both Dragon Land and the human world, they are capable of taking it from their dragon friends and then mailing it from their own house to mine. It is dragon-sized paper, which is a reference to the Dragon Tales episode "Something's Missing," which was the second episode where Max enters Dragon Land, but Emmy doesn't (the first such episode being "My Emmy or Bust"), but the one such time Cassie or Quetzal is present (both in this case), and the one time Emmy does not return in the end. The difference had been that in "My Emmy or Bust," Emmy was going to a store with her father, but Max was so busy with his play dough that he decided not to come... and a good thing, too, because the Dragons called, and he entered by himself. Later, when he returned from Dragon Land with Ord and the twins having helped some creature find her sister, so did Emmy from the store, but she initially didn't believe Max's solo Dragon Land adventure story, until she saw sand spill from his pockets. Then, there was "Something's Missing," the main reference. Emmy wasn't going to Dragon Land with Max because she went to a sleepaway camp for a whole week, and Max went to Dragon Land on his own (not only without Emmy, but the Dragons didn't call him then). With his dragon friends (including teacher Quetzal) there for him, he has fun and with Ord's camera, takes pictures of the things they'd been doing. At the campfire, because Max, being a 4-year-old, is illiterate (meaning he couldn't read or write; we'll get to the reading part later), he tells Quetzal what to write. He has no problem with it being on dragon-sized paper, the only size they have, because he supposedly "has a lot to say." After he and Quetzal finish their letter, Max takes a picture of them all by the fire. After the gang helps him mail the letter (with Zak and Wheezie putting the pictures in the envelope, Ord licking both the envelope's sealing wax and the stamp, and Cassie putting it in the mailbox for Max) and Max returns home, he can't wait for Emmy to send him a letter, and for him to have his mother read it to him.Anyway, this is a letter from the dragon gang, possibly including Max and Emmy, and possibly my triplet second cousins, as they now have access to Dragon Land from the dragon scale I gave them before they left my house for theirs.
What would the letter have said? Would there be room in the letter for any drawings?
And do you think their "Goodbye" in the letter would be, "Your friend(s)," "Love," "Sincerely," "Yours truly," or anything else?
