Description
This is a new Zootopia OC, rather, taking place during Judy Hopps's childhood. He would make fun of or shame anyone he would call "defective." And "defective" was what he would call anyone with unusual taste, mostly me as a cub. It was either for using footwear (he'd see that as toeless; he'd still say it if I was barefoot for having four toes per foot while anyone else with paws had three per foot), or for refusal to do certain otherwise popular things. For such an example, it might be for refusing a party hat or disliking cake or ice cream (they only had and used plant milk in any and all milk products, for one, and some kinds of cake or ice cream wouldn't have been to my liking even if it used the real stuff, such as chocolate or spice cake). "How defective are you?!" "See what you're missing!" And if he gets scolded or punished, he blames those he shames just for not doing the same sort of things (E.G. At Robbie Ringer's birthday party, he is taken home and made to miss out on the rest of the party for shaming me, and next time we met at school, he would yell at me and hurt me, blaming me for him not getting to eat the rest of the cake or ice cream, just because I didn't like what I had gotten and therefore didn't want to eat any more of it). He sees anyone with abnormal taste as defective, and always makes fun of anyone for it, including crying about it and/or running off when it is his fault. Oh, and previously, he had guilt-tripped and threatened me into eating stuff I didn't like, wearing stuff I didn't want to wear, or playing games I didn't want to play.

The last name was based off a common childhood belief that a beaver's tail looks like a tennis racket.

Among inspirations are some poor-shamers from certain Dhar Mann videos, those who come from rich families, and who use their family wealth to justify treating those who are poor badly, like Becky from "Poor Girl Shamed for School Lunch, Instantly Regrets It," Bree Johnson from "School Janitor Shamed by Mean Girls," Joey from "Poor Student Shamed for Old Clothes," and Jason from "Rich Kid Humiliates Pool Boy" (e.g. Jason from the last one says, "Hey, it's not my fault we're rich, and he's poor!"... except in this case, Quinton would say, "I can't help it if I have normal taste and he doesn't!"). But that isn't every such time.

Oh, also inspiring the idea of making fun of misser-outers was the last chapter of Beverly Cleary's last Ramona book Ramona's World, where Susan Kushner refuses a piece of birthday cake, and gets shamed by other girls for it.

Anyway, I just took clothing color suggestions from Wolf492 on a red-orange shirt and light brown pants (though he did suggest blue jeans at first, but jeans weren't something I had in mind).
