OK, this is a photo of Chinese sculpture, which was presented at the downtown of Kassel (Germany). As far as I know, it is an art project of the artist Bi Heng. The 10m high sculpture was build from parts of old Chinese military trucks.Related content

HDR? The slight haloing around the sculpture and the depth of color leads me to believe so (or maybe a tonemapped image). The contrast and colors are excellent but there is a slight bit of blown out highlights both near the left and right building.
