Description
My second Digital cell shading art of a Full Metal Panic dude on MS Paint! Drawn then gone over in paint and coloured.Dont think its as good, but the colours are more cheery, less cold, but that scause it suits the character, voiced by Vic Magnogna and sutis it! Cocky, Arrogant and a bit of a ladies man, hes a good main character!
Picture based on a scene from the series, but ***NOT*** copied, dont want people trying to moan at me!

MS Paint... it can show you young wippersnappers with your fancy Photoshop 'does the work for you' Deluxe express.. in my day MS Paint did the work, both ways, up hill, and still came out faster and better!!!

Hey those meanies are laughing at your paint program -_- You know how I got it? Downloaded trial photoshop, got a crack and a key, filled it in, and yeay it works! It's as simple as that
