Ever have those days when an idea just plagues your mind so much you just have to get it down on paper? Well this was one of those images. Something nice and complex...usually I'm not that great at forshortening and adding large amounts of detail to image..but I'm pretty happy with this one.

This lovely little deamon is a character for a story that is rattling around in my lil' head. He is know as the "Fallen" for the lack of a better name, because after 10,000 years, of a cursed existence, his true name has been forgotten. A few know only bits of his name, coming to call him Syn, or Nalus.

This is not a state that you see the Fallen in very often, usually it means one of two things have happened:

1.) He's just re-awakening from being killed.

2.) He's just played in someone after hunting them down for killing him in some very unpleasent way..which tends to make him a tad cranky.

I'll let you be the judge. If anyone is curious about his history feel free to drop me a note.

::Edit - I plan on trying to have this image inked and colored by Halloween which will be interesting::
