Heh, it does look pretty small in comparison to the rest of the scenery. Only thing I could comment on this (keep in mind I'm not that great of a photographer, I'm looking at this mostly from a composition perspective), is that for being such a small building, because it crosses past the border of the image, it gives the illusion that it might be just part of a building. If you were able to take a distance shot, show the whole building, or find a single instance which exemplifies the tininess of the building, then I think not only would that point come across, but also maybe churn up other emotions in the process.
Still, this is a pretty fun picture, I really dig the arcitecture presented (I'm a sucker for older buildings). Keep up the good work.

The roundy thing *is* just part of the building, though. And the rest of the depot isn't as neat looking as this part, with too much modern stuff involved like wires and stuff. But the intention wasn't to show the smallness of the depot, but to show off the building itself; or rather, this part of the building.
