What program do you use for this? Also, if I was to do a trade with you for one of these of a character of mine, what would you want for it? Cause I could try to do a sprite or something along those lines.

I use Poser, 3DSMAX and Paintshop for basically everything. I have been open for art trades but at the moment I am booked with 2 new products I am working on for my 3D store. ^^

Oh I can't do characters in that specific style, sorry. I do mostly humans, where Lola was more of an exception to the rule.

Well, can you make her in the anthro or Looney Tunes style then? Just keep in mind what I said about her designs but change the format. Think you could do that please?

The only model I had in Looney Tunes style was Lola, and I lost that model in the hard drive corruption last September. I actually lost all models I have created between 2011-2013, so there isn't much I can do about it.

Well, when I gave it a try I did not get very far past putting a sphere on the working area of Blender. But usually people have a high price for 3D. I suppose I could commission you and pay you off over time. Heck, I should make that an option when people commission me. So anyway, how much would it cost me?

The good about Blender is that it's free, but the interface is daunting to most people. Check your notes. ^^
