Note: This is NOT a fetish character. Me or the creator of the species presented here and simply LIKE skunks a lot and like the idea of skunk ponies, and find things getting skunked amusing. If you're into a certain fetish, enjoy what you like, be who you are. That simply is not me. I mean no offense, enjoy what you do, but it's simply not me.Okay, I've seriously been debating posting this for awhile now, due to various things, but my friend told me to post what I want to, so I finally decided to do so.
If you do not like skunk ponies, please respect I and Mew do. I won't judge the things YOU like if you don't judge what I like.

Spinx is a skunk hippogriff and part of Fumia's clan. His bird half is a Hoatzin or Stinkbird, because in addition to the obvious, the very notable 'mowhawk' of the Hoatzin worked REALLY WELL with the skunk stripes. Spinx, like many skunk ponies, is territoral, and wandering into him while in their turf will likely end badly for you. However, he's also FAIR. As his name suggests, he loves riddles, and asks ponies riddles he catches. They get three right, they're free to go with him guiding them out of skunk pony territory, get them wrong and well...what do you think happens? He's also friends with Melissa and Trista.
Again, if you don't like skunk ponies, fine, if you're into a skunk related fetish I'm not, fine, just respect that I have different tastes than you.

Well now that hippogriffs are Heart World cannon, I wouldn't surprised if there are sub species. Maybe even ones that Novo doesn't know about.
Just a crazy idea based on what we've gotten so far with season 8, among other things hippgriff related.

So where does a Skunk Hippogriff fit into the regular hippogriff line? Or is this one thing Queen Novo tries to ignore? Cause I'm trying to picture her reaction if they ever met.

He was made before the canon was were, so the idea was he's just a pony/griffon hybrid.
But like a lot of the skunk ponies, he was turned into one by Megashadowmew's ocs named Hostility, a Draconequus. Which is one reason why they're territorial to normal ponies.

Well that is better reasoning behind it than another one I remember (I think I read somewhere that Silver Quil is keeping his seperate too. But I don't ever remember hearing why.)
