did you buy or make that hat? i was thinking of cosplaying him and i can't seem to find a good hat anywhere! (and i can't sew XD)

I bought the hat. It was originally a white ushanka, but i cut up the side flaps and other such pieces to match Billy's hat, and I sewed the red and blue parts together with stuffing.
Another option is a basic white motorcycle helmet, like an old fashioned kind. However, that's expensive and I imagine you'd have to make the red part out of something else for it to attach.

(also I have the same kinda cat-ears as the girl on the floor. Only mine are safety orange with white feathers. )
