This is the droid Character I've created for an upcoming "Edge of the Empire" campaign I've been getting pumped for. Style heavily influenced by Clone Wars Animated Series.

He's a relic from the clone wars, observed as a God of War by the indigenous people of (planet?). His body was non-functional but his processors were functional.
Scavengers stumbled upon the village and noted the droid almost fully intact save for the armor upon its left shoulder. They murdered the villagers and took the "god" to be sold.
The buyer, happy to have a new security droid paid the scavenger, re-worked some of the components of the droid and got the processors working at capacity. The issue was that once the "god's" body was re-circuited, the God of War did what he does best. He went to war.

Now he is hunted as a valuable piece of equipment and a wanted criminal and "murderer". He wonders the Galaxy searching for false gods and destroying them, as he is the God of War.

At least, that is what I've got so far.
