I like that blurry effect in addition to the rain. You definitely did a great job on the contrasts.
Maybe I would have prefer not to have that truck to keep a scene empty of movement and humans.

I really love the haunted atmosphere created in this photo by the dark shades. The lamps in comparison to the wet cobblestone really adds an aura of melancholy which I adore. The opening in the background, which I presume is an opening in the clouds, suggests an apocalyptic or relevatory journey of the soul. Well done.
