So, I've been playing Tales of Arise for a while now, and this is a thought that crossed my mind. What if the Renans from Tales of Arise decide to invade Earth from XCOM? I think it would be an interesting match-up: plasma and psionics versus zeugles and astral arts. Speaking of astral arts, XCOM might be able to perform these arts if they could somehow extract the astral energy from the Renans and their zeugles and also interrogate some Renan soldiers. For the XCOM side, this kind of crossover could take place after either Enemy Within or Chimera Squad. As for the Tales of Arise side, either this could be an AU where the Renans find Earth and decide to invade it instead of Dahna or the invasion could be started by a different group of Renans.
