And The Quick Launch Menu As Well... Besides putting a Link On The Start Screen As Shown In The Preview

Just a Tip... Left Click On an open space on the Apps Screen To Close The Search Menu When Page Loads

I made an install for 3 shortcuts... There is no uninstall... The Install Dir Is Your Desktop
But A Link Is Sent To The Quick Launch And The Start Screen
Very simple and clean... If you want to do it by hand... see the links above
